Are you an experienced and dynamic Project Manager with a passion for transforming spaces? We’re seeking a skilled Project Manager to lead our remodel projects from vision to completion. Position: Project Manager - Remodels

Location: Mesa, Arizona

Type: Full-time

Responsibilities:

- Oversee and manage remodeling projects from start to finish, ensuring timely and within-budget completion.

- Coordinate with clients, contractors, subcontractors, and suppliers to achieve project goals.

- Develop project plans, timelines, and budgets, and monitor progress against these metrics.

- Resolve issues and manage risks that may impact project deliverables.

- Conduct site visits and inspections to ensure work meets quality standards and compliance.

- Communicate regularly with clients, providing updates and addressing concerns.

Requirements:

- Proven experience as a Project Manager in remodeling or construction.

- Strong understanding of construction processes, materials, and regulations.

- Excellent organizational and leadership skills.

- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail.

- Exceptional problem-solving and decision-making abilities.

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

- Bilingual.

- Experience with residential and commercial remodels.

- Any background in countertops, cabinetry and remodeling is a plus.
