Hearing Instrument Specialist

Location: Green Valley, AZ

Job Type: Full-Time

Job Summary & Responsibilities:
We are seeking a dedicated and patient-focused Hearing Instrument Specialist to join a growing audiology practice in Arizona. This role is ideal for professionals who are passionate about improving patients' hearing health through comprehensive hearing evaluations, hearing aid fittings, programming, counseling, and ongoing patient support.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct hearing aid consultations and recommend appropriate hearing solutions.

• Perform hearing aid fittings, programming, adjustments, and follow-up appointments.

• Educate patients on hearing aid use, maintenance, and care.

• Troubleshoot and repair hearing instruments as needed.

• Maintain accurate patient records and documentation.

• Collaborate with the clinical team to ensure exceptional patient care.

• Assist walk-in patients and provide excellent customer service.

• Maintain compliance with state regulations and professional standards.

Education, Licensure, and Experience:

• Current Arizona Hearing Aid Dispensing License in good standing or Audiologist Dispensing License.

• One or more years of hearing aid dispensing experience preferred.

• New graduates will be considered if experienced candidates are not available.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

• Strong patient-focused approach with attention to detail.

• Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.

Benefits:

• Up to 32 hours per week.

• Monday-Thursday: 8:00 AM - 4:00 PM.

• Friday: 8:00 AM - 12:00 PM.

• No weekends or on-call responsibilities.
