Vaco Arizona is seeking an experienced Accounting Administrator to join a top company in Scottsdale. This direct-hire, onsite role offers a salary of up to $75,000/year and is perfect for a detail-oriented accounting professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform full-cycle bookkeeping and day-to-day accounting tasks, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and general ledger maintenance
• Process and manage invoices, banking transactions, and company credit card/expense programs with accuracy and timeliness
• Assist with month-end close activities, including reconciliations, journal entries, and financial reporting
• Support accounting team in maintaining accurate financial records and ensuring compliance with internal controls and company policies
• Collaborate with other departments to resolve accounting discrepancies and streamline financial processes

Required Qualifications:

• Minimum of 3 years of staff accounting or full-charge bookkeeping experience
• Hands-on experience with month-end close processes, including reconciliations and journal entries
• Strong understanding of accounting principles and financial reporting
