ABOUT OUR AGENCY:
I opened my agency in 2023 and currently lead a team of three. Before becoming a State Farm agent, I was an Agent Aspirant in my mom's agency, where I developed a passion for helping customers and building a successful team. I'm a UCLA graduate, love dogs, movies, and trying new restaurants, and I'm proud to be married to a veteran.

Giving back is important to our agency. Each quarter, our team volunteers with different organizations throughout the community, and we enjoy finding ways to make a positive impact beyond the office.

As a Account Associate - State Farm Agent Team Member with Annaise Swearingen - State Farm Agent, you will play a key role in driving the growth and success of our insurance agency. Your proactive approach, sales aptitude, and commitment to building lasting relationships with clients will set you apart. This position is perfect for someone who thrives on identifying customer needs, delivering tailored insurance solutions, and consistently exceeding sales goals.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Generate leads and actively pursue new business opportunities.
• Educate clients about insurance products and recommend appropriate coverage options.
• Foster strong client relationships through regular follow-ups and proactive communication.
• Maintain accurate client records and manage policy updates efficiently.
