Position Summary:

The Restaurant General Manager will oversee all daily operations, ensuring the restaurant runs smoothly and efficiently. This role requires strong leadership, organizational skills, and the ability to motivate a team while maintaining a positive work environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead, train, and inspire the restaurant team to deliver top-notch guest experiences.
• Manage daily operations including staffing, scheduling, and inventory.
• Monitor food quality, safety, and cleanliness standards.
• Drive sales and profitability by implementing effective cost controls.
• Handle employee relations including hiring, training, and performance management.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and local regulations.
• Maintain a culture of teamwork, accountability, and hospitality.

Qualifications:

• 3+ years of experience as a General Manager or in a leadership role within the restaurant industry.
• Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to manage a high-volume, fast-paced environment.
• Proven track record of driving sales and achieving operational goals.
• Knowledge of P&L, budgeting, and inventory management.
• ServSafe certification preferred.
