About the role
The Technical Owner is the product technical leader responsible for architecting, designing, describing and managing the solution engineering of business problems as they relate to a product developed by an agile software development team.

This position may be responsible for multiple internal customer facing applications and is accountable for ensuring deliverables meet company and industry standards and best practices. This role is responsible for the overall architecture and technical vision of the products.

As a Technical Owner you will:

• Be a product expert. Understand in detail the product from a technical leader and developer’s perspective
• Be a market expert. Stay up to date with industry best practices and advocate for new solutions by articulating value using data.
• Coordinate with other Technical Leaders to create a coherent vision across products
• Provide technical vision and direction to the development team and internal stakeholders
• Create and maintain architectural diagrams of applications
• Define a long-term roadmap and technical strategy
• Drive technical discipline, standards, and process discipline across technical teams

What we’re looking for

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Information Technology, or related field; or equivalent work experience.
• Must have at least 10 years of experience working as an Technical Architect, Technical Leaders, Solution Engineer, or related Software Engineering position.
