Overview
Registered Nurse – Operating Room (Travel) in a surgery center setting. Location: Tuba City, Arizona, United States. Start date: 08/24/2026. Assignment length: 13 weeks. Weekly pay: $2,236–$2,412 per week. Guaranteed hours: 36 per week. Shift: 4x10-hour days (6:30 am–5:00 pm) with on-call responsibilities. This travel temporary assignment is for OR perioperative care.

Responsibilities
- Provide perioperative nursing care as circulating nurse across orthopedic, ENT, GYN/OB, general, ophthalmology, and dental specialties
- Obtain and maintain scrubbing experience as appropriate; support sterile technique and safety protocols
- Assess patients, coordinate with anesthesia and surgical teams, document interventions and outcomes
- Monitor patient status in the OR, anticipate potential complications, and participate in emergency cases as needed
- Communicate clearly with patients, families, and the OR team; prep for varied hours and on-call requirements

Requirements
- Licensure: Active RN license in the United States (AZ state license not required; license from any state is acceptable)
- Certifications: BLS, ACLS, and PALS current; NIH Stroke Scale must be completed within 6 months of hire; CNOR within 1 year; TNCC within 2 years
- Education: Associate or Bachelor’s degree in Nursing
- Experience: Two (2) years of clinical nurse and/or operating room practical experience
- Ability to work as an OR perioperative nurse across multiple specialties and participate in on-call activities
