Medical Assistant
Join our Mesa, AZ clinic as a Medical Assistant and become a key member of our patient care team. You’ll support providers, assist with procedures, maintain accurate documentation, and ensure a smooth clinic experience. This is a great opportunity for a detail-oriented, organized, and compassionate professional looking to grow in a fast-paced medical environment.
Schedule: Full-Time | Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
Key Responsibilities:
Prepare patients for exams and procedures; take vitals and medical histories.
Assist providers during examinations and minor procedures.
Maintain accurate patient records in the EMR system.
Coordinate patient flow, follow-ups, and referrals.
Communicate effectively with patients, families, and clinic staff.
Support clinic operations including room prep, equipment sterilization, and inventory management.
Transcribe dictated reports accurately and interpret medical terminology.
Compensation & Benefits:
$19–$23 per hour DOE

Requirements:
High school diploma or equivalent required; completion of a Medical Assistant program preferred.
CMA/RMA certification preferred but not required.
Experience in gastroenterology or medical office setting is a plus.
Familiarity with EMR systems (e.g., Epic, gGastro, eClinicalWorks).
CPR certification or willingness to obtain.
Excellent communication, organization, and multitasking skills.
Knowledge of medical terminology, diagnostic procedures, and pharmacology.
