Full-time
Description
Description
Lofty is a high-growth, global SaaS company serving the residential real estate market. Our suite of tools addresses the daily pain points faced by agents, empowering them to launch effective marketing campaigns, track leads' activities, build lasting customer relationships, and efficiently manage teams. As a leader in our industry, we are seeking a highly motivated Sales Administrator to join our team and drive growth within the industry. Join us on our exciting journey and help shape the future of technology within the real estate space!
What’s the job?
Lofty is looking for a product-driven, data-informed Product Manager to join our growing product team. In this role, you’ll own the end-to-end product lifecycle — from discovery and prototyping through launch and iteration — while using data to inform prioritization, measure impact, and support decision-making.
You’ll work closely with engineering, design, and QA to deliver thoughtful, scalable CRM and AI-powered features that solve real customer problems and drive meaningful business outcomes.
Product Discovery & Delivery
- Conduct product discovery to deeply understand user needs, workflows, market trends, and the competitive landscape.
- Translate insights into clear product requirements, user stories, wireframes, and prototypes using Figma.
- Own and manage the product backlog, prioritizing initiatives and aligning roadmap decisions with business goals.
- Partner closely with engineering, design, and QA throughout development to ensure high-quality, timely delivery.
- Lead product launches, monitor adoption, and iterate based on user feedback and performance metrics.
Data-Informed Product Decisions
- Use product and usage data to validate assumptions, prioritize features, and evaluate outcomes.
- Analyze user behavior and feature adoption to identify friction points and opportunities for improvement.
- Partner with data and engineering teams to define, track, and maintain core product metrics, dashboards, and reporting.
What’s the work location?
You’ll be based out of our stunning, light-filled headquarters in the Warehouse District of Downtown Phoenix—a 17,000-square-foot space designed for collaboration, creativity, and connection. You'll work in the office five (5) days per week for hands-on learning and connection with your team.
What’s the earning potential ($$$)?
First-year earnings? This role offers a competitive base salary range starting at $90,000 and a 20% bonus with opportunities for growth based on performance.
Requirements
What are we looking for?
- 2–3 years of experience as a Product Manager, preferably within a SaaS or CRM platform environment.
- Strong foundation in product discovery, roadmap planning, and agile execution.
- Hands-on experience using Figma for prototyping and collaboration with design teams.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and translate insights into product decisions.
- Strong communication skills and comfort working cross-functionally in a fast-paced environment.
