- $40,000$50,000 base (depending on licenses)
- Realistic Year 1 income: $70,000+
- Top performer last year: ~$100,000
- Uncapped commission
- Bonuses + in-office contests

- Build and maintain client relationships
- Conduct policy reviews
- Recommend and sell policies to warm and cold leads
- Handle complex customer issues
