Duties:

• Provide excellent customer service to clients, visitors, and employees.
• Ability to handle crisis situations at the client site, calmly and efficiently.
• Submit reports of daily surveillance activity and important occurrences.
• Standing for long periods of time.
• Report incidents and safety hazards accurately and promptly to our dispatch center.
• Must be able to write and submit reports as needed.
• Follow site-specific post orders, which may change based on job site requirements.

Requirements:

• Valid Unarmed Security License.
• Clean background with no criminal record.
• Open availability, including weekends and holidays.
• Strong observational and communication skills.
• Professional demeanor and excellent customer service skills.
• Reliable and punctual with a strong work ethic.

Qualifications:

• Valid AZ Guard Card
• Valid government issued ID card
• Must be at least 18 years old or the minimum age required by the State
• Must be a U.S. citizen or a foreign citizen authorized to legally work in the United States
• Must have access to reliable transportation
• Previous experience in a security role is a plus.
• Basic knowledge of security systems and protocols.
