Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology, active SLP license and 1+ year of Speech-Language Pathology experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.

A Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP-CCC) opportunity is available at an elementary school in Coolidge, AZ, offering a contract-to-hire position with a caseload focused on elementary students. This role provides a supportive environment where you will deliver essential speech-language services and collaborate closely with school staff.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct direct speech and language therapy sessions for students with Speech-Language Impairment (SLI) and related needs.
• Perform assessments, evaluations, and participate in Individualized Education Program (IEP) meetings.
• Manage a caseload capped at 57 students, including approximately 15 students with SLI-only designation.
• Collaborate with a Speech-Language Pathology Assistant (SLPA) who provides onsite support two days per week.
• Maintain thorough documentation and comply with school and state regulations.

Qualifications:

• Valid Arizona Speech-Language Pathologist License with Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) required.
• IVP Fingerprint Clearance Card.
• Experience with pediatric and school-based speech-language pathology preferred.
• Must hold certification; CFs and SLPAs are not eligible for this role.

Work Schedule:

• Full-time position, up to 40 hours per week.
• Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, Friday: 8:00 AM 3:00 PM.
• Wednesday: 8:00 AM 12:45 PM.
• Position runs ASAP through May 22, 2026.
