- Full time - $5,000
- $2,000 paid in the pay week following the completion of Miraval Orientation (2 days) and Spa Orientation (2 days)
- $1,500 paid in the pay week following the 1 year anniversary
- $1,500 paid in the pay week following the 2 year anniversary
The ideal massage therapist candidate will have the instinct to exude the following:
- Excellent communication
- Guest service skills
- Confident technical skills and strong educational background, with the ability to adjust techniques according to the intake assessment with the guest, indicators in treatment and contraindications
- Exceptional team player, share and maintain a positive attitude in a robust spa environment
- Solutions oriented approach to problem solving, capable of dealing with stressful situations calmly and professionally
- Time management awareness
- Organizational skills
- High standard of tidiness and sanitation awareness
- Availability to work a schedule that includes, evenings, weekends and holidays is required
