What You'll Do (Pure Closing Role)

This is an Acquisitions Closer role. You are not a lead manager; your primary objective is to bring deals to the finish line.

• Convert Leads into Sales: Guide homeowners through the selling process and help secure contracts.

• Engage & Build Relationships: Respond quickly to homeowners in distress, make outbound calls, foster connections, and provide solutions.

• Manage Your Pipeline: Stay organized and follow up with leads consistently to maintain momentum.

• Utilize CRM: Record all interactions and updates in our system for accurate tracking.

• Achieve Targets: Focus on individual and team goals to drive results and success.

Who We’re Looking For

Our focus is on building a top-tier, high-performance team ready to outpace the competition and fuel our continued growth.

• Elite Sales DNA: Self-motivated with a strong results-oriented mindset. You must be highly competitive and determined to achieve targets.

• Experience: 1+ year of sales experience, ideally in fast-paced environments. You must have demonstrated success in surpassing goals in challenging situations.

• Communication: Strong communication and problem-solving abilities. Skilled at building relationships and connecting with others.

• Team Player: Ability to work autonomously and collaborate within a team. If you're coachable, a true team player, and leave your ego behind, we want you.
