1st Shift Production Operator Details:
- Temp-to-Hire position
- $16.00 / hour
- Full Time work available
- First Shift ( Monday through Friday from 06:00am to 02:00pm )
- Follow company procedures (SOPs) and meet FDA and ISO quality standards.
- Check and calibrate machines and tools every day before use.
- Use tools such as 10x magnifying loupes, micrometers, and pin gauges.
- Make sure all parts meet required measurements and match the work order.
- Accurately record work following proper documentation guidelines.
- Communicate clearly with team members and maintain a steady workflow.
- Clean and organize the work area at the start and end of each shift.
1st Shift Production Operator Qualifications:
- High School Diploma/GED
- Must be able to stand/walk throughout 8 hr shift
- 1 year of pharmaceutical/medical device manufacturing preferred
- Strong attention to details
- Applicant may be subject to a background check
- Pre-employment drug screen is required as a condition of employment
