Are you a Tax Manager looking for a new opportunity with a reputable, growing CPA firm in the Scottsdale area? We’re representing a well-established and highly respected public accounting firm that is seeking an experienced Tax Manager to join their team.

This is an onsite role with hybrid flexibility once established — perfect for someone who thrives in a collaborative environment but values some flexibility.

Position Highlights:

• Lead tax engagements for a variety of clients, including high-net-worth individuals, partnerships, S corps, and closely held businesses

• Provide hands-on review and oversight of complex tax returns

• Collaborate directly with clients to deliver proactive tax planning strategies

• Supervise and mentor junior staff, helping develop the next generation of talent

• Stay current on evolving tax laws and compliance requirements

Location:

Scottsdale, AZ (Onsite | Hybrid flexibility after ramp-up)

What They're Looking For:

• 5+ years of public accounting experience , with recent leadership in tax engagements

• CPA or EA designation required

• Strong communication skills and a collaborative approach to client service

• Experience with closely held businesses, individuals, and multi-state returns preferred
