Make an impact as a contract Speech-Language Pathologist providing essential support to kindergarten through 8th-grade students near Arizona City, AZ. This full-time opportunity offers a unique schedule: work four days per week, totaling 30 hours, with the flexibility of working from home two days each month.
Key Qualifications:
- Current Arizona SLP license and fingerprint clearance card required
- Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) preferred
- Experience in school settings, specifically serving pediatric populations
- Comfort with a broad range of speech and language needs in children
- Strong communication and collaboration skills with educators and families
Responsibilities:
- Perform assessments and develop treatment plans tailored to K-8 students
- Deliver direct and indirect speech-language services within school environments
- Maintain effective documentation in accordance with district and state requirements
- Collaborate with teachers, special education staff, and parents to support students’ communication needs
- Provide input in IEP meetings and help develop goals for student success
- Participate in professional development and maintain compliance with licensing standards
- Utilize teletherapy for up to two days per month as designated
