When: Monday–Friday, 3:15 PM – 1:15 AM (Night Shift)

Pay: $25–$35 per hour | Type: Full-Time

The Opportunity

• Operate CNC milling equipment following company procedures and safety standards
• Translate blueprints, travelers, and technical notes into accurate setups and runs
• Load raw stock, unload finished parts, and keep throughput steady
• Perform basic setups, identify tooling needs, and communicate requirements clearly
• Measure, inspect, and document both quality and production data
• Keep your station clean, organized, and audit-ready
• Work closely with teammates and contribute to continuous improvement

What You’ll Bring

• 5+ years of CNC mill operation and setup experience
• High school diploma or GED
• Intermediate knowledge of machine functions, tolerances, and GD&T
• Mechanical aptitude and strong mathematics skills
• Proficiency with Microsoft Excel
• Excellent communication, teamwork, and problem-solving
• High attention to detail and a strong work ethic

Technical Edge

• Equipment troubleshooting
• CNC tooling
• CNC programming

Physical Requirements

• Ability to stand for extended periods
• Lift and move up to 50 lbs
• Comfortable working around occasional fumes, odors, and dust
