Poolside Server

Overview: We are seeking a friendly and energetic Poolside Server to join our team. The ideal candidate will deliver exceptional service to our guests, ensuring their poolside experience is enjoyable and memorable. If you have a passion for hospitality and a knack for customer service, we would love to have you on board!

Responsibilities:

• Greet and welcome guests in a friendly and professional manner.
• Take food and beverage orders accurately and efficiently.
• Deliver orders promptly and ensure guest satisfaction.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the poolside area.
• Monitor guest needs and proactively address any issues or concerns.
• Handle payment transactions and provide accurate change.
• Adhere to all safety and hygiene standards.
• Collaborate with kitchen and bar staff to ensure timely service.
• Stay informed about menu items, specials, and promotions.

Qualifications:

• Previous experience in food and beverage service preferred.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to guest satisfaction.
• Availability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
• Ability to stand, walk, and carry trays for extended periods.
• Basic math skills for handling transactions.
