Location: Gilbert Shop
Pay: $18.00 – $20.00 per hour, depending on experience
Status: Full-Time

This position is ideal for someone early in their career who wants hands-on experience working around vehicles, equipment, tools, and shop operations. We are looking for someone who wants more than just a job—we want someone interested in growing with our company and developing into a Maintenance Technician.

What You'll Do

• Pressure wash and detail company vehicles and equipment
• Perform oil changes and assist with basic vehicle maintenance
• Stock company vehicles with tools, parts, and supplies
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe shop environment
• Assist with inventory management of tools, trailers, and equipment
• Pick up parts, materials, and supplies as needed
• Assist with trailer maintenance and equipment upkeep
• Support Maintenance Technicians while learning valuable maintenance and repair skills
• Assist with preventive maintenance activities on vehicles and equipment

• Valid driver's license and ability to meet company driving requirements
• Reliable attendance and strong punctuality
• Strong work ethic and willingness to learn
• Ability to follow instructions and work safely
• Positive attitude and team-oriented mindset
• Flexibility to work varying hours when business needs require
• Interest in learning equipment, vehicle, and trailer maintenance

Preferred but Not Required

• Previous experience in a shop, warehouse, construction, automotive, or labor environment
• Familiarity with basic hand tools and power tools
• Mechanical aptitude and a desire to learn
