Customer Care Specialist

Kforce has a client in Mesa, AZ that is seeking a Customer Care Specialist to join a growing customer support team. Summary: In this role, you will serve as the primary point of contact for customers, providing timely, professional, and accurate assistance. The ideal candidate is customer-focused, detail-oriented, and committed to delivering an exceptional service experience while resolving inquiries efficiently and effectively. Key Responsibilities:

• Respond to incoming customer calls in a professional, courteous, and empathetic manner
• Assist customers with account-related questions, service inquiries, and issue resolution
• Utilize available tools, systems, and resources to provide accurate information and achieve first-call resolution whenever possible
• Research and resolve customer concerns while maintaining a positive customer experience
• Document customer interactions and update records as needed
• Develop and maintain knowledge of company products, services, and operational processes
• Communicate effectively with customers and internal teams to ensure timely issue resolution
• Meet established performance metrics related to quality, productivity, customer satisfaction, attendance, and schedule adherence
• Perform additional duties and responsibilities as assigned
• High School diploma or GED equivalent
• Minimum of 1 year of customer service experience; call center experience preferred
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Proficiency with computers and the ability to efficiently navigate multiple systems and applications, including Microsoft Office
• Typing proficiency of at least 30 words per minute
• Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
• Ability to handle a high volume of customer interactions in a fast-paced environment
• Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport with diverse customer populations
• Bilingual English/Spanish skills are a plus

Schedule Requirements: Ability to work flexible schedules, including shifts scheduled between:

• Monday-Friday: 8:30 AM - 8:30 PM EST
• Saturday: 10:00 AM - 5:00 PM EST
