Now located in Chandler, AZ in a brand new, state-of-the-art, climate controlled, 160,000+ sq. ft. facility. Horsepower Automotive Group is a leader in the automotive aftermarket industry, is seeking a dependable and experienced Production Lead to support plant operations and help drive consistent production performance.

This role is ideal for someone who understands manufacturing flow, can lead by example, and keeps teams focused on meeting goals without losing attention to detail.

Responsibilities and essential job functions include, but are not limited to the following:

• Partner with plant management to meet daily and weekly production goals
• Oversee throughput of parts from fabrication through cleaning, sandblast, and powder coat
• Monitor production at the part level to ensure components move through the plant accurately and on time
• Help identify and address bottlenecks to maintain efficiency
• Ensure parts are properly staged ahead of production needs
• Maintain organization and cleanliness across work areas
• Support team accountability and productivity

Knowledge, skills, and abilities:

• Leadership experience in a manufacturing environment
• Strong understanding of production operations and workflow
• Detail-oriented and highly organized
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced setting with changing priorities
• Self-motivated and responsive to production metrics
• Strong problem-solving skills
• Team-oriented mindset
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook, Word)
• Fluent in English

Summary of experience and education:

• Must be 18 or over
• High School Diploma or GED required
• Prior leadership experience required
• Manufacturing experience required

Pay and schedule:

• 8 hour shift (M-F)

Compensation & details:

• $24$30 per hour, depending on experience
• Full-time, on-site position in Chandler, Arizona
• Shift-dependent hours
