Position Overview

As a Full-Time Crew Member , you’ll be the face of Hummus Republic—preparing food with care, providing excellent customer service, and ensuring the restaurant operates smoothly. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, loves working with people, and takes pride in delivering a high-quality dining experience.

Responsibilities

• Greet and serve guests with friendliness and professionalism.

• Assemble bowls, pitas, and wraps to order, ensuring accuracy and portion consistency.

• Prepare fresh ingredients daily following company recipes and food safety standards.

• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the dining area, prep stations, and kitchen.

• Operate POS/register and handle cash or card transactions accurately.

• Assist in stocking, inventory management, and daily prep tasks.

• Follow health, safety, and sanitation guidelines at all times.

• Work as part of a team to meet customer demand and store goals.

• Uphold Hummus Republic brand standards and provide an exceptional guest experience.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in food service, hospitality, or customer service is preferred but not required.

• Must be at least 18 years old.

• Strong communication and teamwork skills.

• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask.

• Reliable, punctual, and committed to maintaining a positive work environment.

• Flexibility to work weekdays, evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.

Physical Requirements

• Ability to stand for extended periods (up to 8 hours).

• Ability to lift up to 30 lbs.

• Comfortable with repetitive tasks such as chopping, mixing, and food assembly.
