Job Overview:

We're looking for an eCommerce Coordinator to manage our online storefronts, ensuring seamless product configuration, pricing, and user engagement. This role blends technical and creative skills, with responsibilities in storefront management, order fulfillment, reporting, and customer service. The ideal candidate is hands-on, detail-oriented, and highly organized, working closely with cross-functional teams to create an exceptional customer experience and drive success.

What You'll Do

Online Storefront Management:

Design, build, and manage storefronts on our eCommerce platform, including product configuration, pricing strategies, and budget allocation.
Maintain storefront functionality, optimize the user experience, and create engaging, well-organized product displays.
Collaborate with the design team to develop accurate product visuals, compelling banners, and curated category tiles.
Conduct regular storefront audits to ensure product pricing accuracy and availability.

Order Processing & Fulfillment:

Pack, ship, and manage on-site order fulfillment efficiently.
Perform basic data entry related to order processing.
Conduct weekly audits to identify and resolve order holds, ensuring smooth fulfillment and minimizing delays.
Oversee large promotional campaigns, track order completion, monitor inventory, and resolve client issues promptly.

Reporting & Analytics:

Generate detailed reports for clients, outlining current offerings, order history, and budget usage.
Monitor store platform performance and optimize based on sales trends and customer feedback.

Client Interaction & Demonstrations:

Conduct tailored storefront demonstrations, showcasing product offerings and platform capabilities.
Manage client requests, including account creation, budget reviews, troubleshooting, and general inquiries.
Develop and implement promotional codes for client campaigns.

Customer Service Excellence:

Provide friendly and professional support via phone and email.
Foster strong relationships by delivering outstanding customer service.

Shipping & Receiving:

Prepare outgoing shipments, including packing, labeling, and arranging for timely pickup or delivery.
Handle incoming shipments, inspect items for accuracy and quality, and verify contents against packing slips.
Maintain accurate records for inventory tracking and reporting.

Special Projects:

Assist with kitting projects, assembling custom kits, promotional packages, or gift bundles.
Support team efforts on special client-focused initiatives, including seasonal campaigns and bulk orders.
Take on additional tasks as needed, ensuring deadlines are met and quality standards are maintained.

Preferred Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
2+ years of experience managing eCommerce platforms, preferably with storefront management expertise.
Strong attention to detail, excellent organizational skills, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Exceptional communication and problem-solving skills with a customer-first approach.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team.
Flexibility to adapt to shifting priorities and manage tasks efficiently.
Self-motivated with a positive attitude and a drive to succeed.
Proficiency in MS Office, Google Suite, and basic technical skills.
Experience analyzing data and generating insightful reports.
Previous customer service experience preferred.
Familiarity with USPS, UPS, and FedEx shipping procedures.
Ability to lift up to 35 lbs, pack and move shipments, and stand for extended periods while following proper safety techniques.
