- Provide comprehensive back-office clerical and administrative support to ensure smooth day-to-day operations, including organizing records, maintaining documentation, and assisting with workflow coordination across departments.
- Retrieve and compile mortgage-related documents from a variety of internal databases and external systems, ensuring accuracy, completeness, and compliance with company and industry standards.
- Upload, manage, and securely transfer mortgage documentation to internal platforms as well as third-party systems, maintaining proper file organization and ensuring timely processing in accordance with operational requirements.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Creative approach to problem solving, both independently and as part of a team.
- Ability to maintain a professional manner under stress.
- Experience with heavy scheduling and management of calendars.
- Detail-oriented execution of administrative activities, with high attention to detail, organization and prioritization.
- Strong technical and computer skills - Word, Excel, Outlook, Adobe, etc. a must.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
