Customer Service Representative

Location : 100% Onsite - by Desert Ridge Marketplace

Schedule : 7am to 5:30pm - will be scheduled an 8 hour set shift.

Description

The Global Support Team Representative will answering incoming tickets via email regarding the status of the equipment return. They will be creating RMA's, return shipping labels, and closing cases for all global customers. (India and Brazil)

Qualifications

• Must have excellent written communication skills
• Strong Customer Service Skills
• Experience navigating multiple systems at a time
• Experience Creating RMA's and creating shipping and return labels

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Phoenix, AZ.

The pay range for this position is $19.00 - $20.00/hr.

This is a fully onsite position in Phoenix,AZ.
