Location: Mesa, AZ
Pay: $70,000–$80,000 per year
Schedule: Full-Time | Onsite/Hybrid

About the Opportunity

A growing financial advisory firm in Mesa is seeking a Client Relationship Specialist (CRS) to join their team. This role supports financial advisors and clients by delivering top-tier service, managing client requests, and maintaining strong professional relationships.

What You’ll Do

• Partner with financial advisors to deliver outstanding client service
• Handle daily client requests (deposits, withdrawals, account access, paperwork, etc.)
• Prepare and process new account forms and service documents accurately
• Manage client data in CRM and portfolio systems (Salesforce/XLR8, Envestnet/Tamarac, Schwab Advisor Center)
• Research and resolve client inquiries quickly and professionally
• Support client onboarding, portal setup, and account updates
• Assist with special projects and operations support as needed

What We’re Looking For

• FINRA Series 7 and 66 (or Series 65) required
• 2–4 years of experience in financial services or a client-facing operations role
• Strong understanding of financial industry processes and terminology
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM systems
• Excellent communication, organization, and attention to detail
• Client-focused mindset with professionalism and empathy
