באולפן רוזן אנו מלמדים ילדים ובני נוער מרחבי העולם עברית באופן חווייתי, נגיש ומקצועי – ומחברים אותם לא רק לשפה, אלא גם לתרבות הישראלית, כחלק ממסע למידה משמעותי ומהנה.
המורים החדשים זוכים להכשרה בתשלום עם תחילת העבודה, ולליווי מקצועי שוטף הכולל השתלמויות, משוב ותמיכה פדגוגית לאורך כל הדרך.
אנו מחפשים מורים מצוינים, רציניים ובעלי מחויבות לטווח ארוך, שמעוניינים לפתח קריירה משמעותית באחת החברות המובילות בעולם בתחום ההוראה המקוונת.
תיאור המשרה:
- הוראת עברית בשיעורים פרטיים לילדים בגילי 7–18, בארץ ובחו"ל, מרמות מתחילים ועד מתקדמים.
- הוראה מקוונת מהבית, באווירה מקצועית ותומכת.
- התחייבות ללמד לפחות 20 שעות שבועיות.
- זמינות לעבודה בשעות הערב והלילה (לפי שעון ישראל) – חובה.
- חומרים פדגוגיים ומערכי שיעור מוכנים מראש, המותאמים במיוחד להוראה מקוונת.
זוהי משרה לטווח ארוך, המתאימה למועמדים רציניים, מקצועיים ואוהבי הוראה.
REQUIREMENTS
דרישות:
- תואר ראשון בלשון עברית, ספרות עברית, חינוך, הוראה או תחום רלוונטי דומה.
- עברית ברמת שפת אם.
- אנגלית ברמה טובה.
- גישה מצוינת לילדים, אנרגטיות, יצירתיות ויכולת להפוך למידה לחוויה מהנה.
- נכונות ללמד לפחות 20 שעות שבועיות
- שעות ההוראה יתבצעו בימים ראשון-חמישי (ימי ראשון/שני חובה) בשעות הערב 17:00-23:00 או בשעות הלילה 00:00-00:04
- בוגרי קורס להכשרת מורים לעברית כשפה שנייה – יתרון.
- תעודת הוראה – יתרון.
- שליטה בשפות נוספות (ערבית, ספרדית, צרפתית, פורטוגזית) – יתרון.
