Position Summary

The Water Treatment Sales Designer is responsible for supporting business development by combining sales expertise, technical design, and project planning. This role engages directly with clients, develops tailored Water Treatment system designs, and ensures proposed solutions are technically sound, cost-effective, and aligned with project requirements.

This is a Full time and ON-SITE position.

Key Responsibilities:

• Sales: Engage with clients, understand project requirements, prepare proposals, and develop cost estimates

• Design: Create layouts, select equipment, and prepare technical drawings for water systems, including PFDs and P&IDs.

• Planning: Prepare system-related design calculation documents and equipment/instrument lists, develop solutions, and coordinate with engineering teams.

• Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams to ensure the feasibility and accuracy of proposed solutions.

• Client Support: Maintain strong client relationships by providing both technical and commercial support throughout the project lifecycle.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s or Associate degree in Civil, Environmental, Mechanical Engineering, or a related technical field.

• Experience in wastewater system design, technical sales, or project planning.

• Proficiency in AutoCAD or other similar design tools.

• Strong understanding of wastewater, reclaimed water, or UPW system processes, including piping and hydraulic systems.and system equipment.

• Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with proven experience in coordinating multidisciplinary teams, managing project schedules, and maintaining strong client relationships
