Scrum Master
We’re looking for a one-of-a-kind Scrum Master to join our Phoenix, AZ team, someone who thrives at the intersection of structure and creativity. In this role, you won’t just run Agile ceremonies, you’ll shape how cross-functional teams connect, collaborate, and grow. What you will do?:- Facilitate Agile ceremonies (Daily Stand-ups, Sprint Planning, and Retrospectives) to ensure they are focused, efficient, and actionable
- Partner with Product Owners to maintain a prioritized and transparent backlog
- Support developers and QA in tracking commitments, surfacing blockers, and ensuring sprint hygiene
- Manage and maintain accuracy of Azure DevOps boards and dashboards for clarity and visibility
- Track and share Agile metrics (e.g. velocity, sprint progress) to support data-driven decisions
- Identify and introduce improvements to Agile practices that enhance team performance and collaboration
- Strong organizational skills with a detail-oriented mindset
- Excellent facilitation and communication skills, with the ability to guide without authority
- Dependability and follow-through in keeping projects, people, and timelines on track
- A process-oriented approach with flexibility to adapt when circumstances change
- Calm, steady presence under pressure and during periods of ambiguity
- A collaborative mindset that fosters teamwork across roles and disciplines
- Two – four (2-4) years of experience as a Scrum Master, Agile Coordinator, or related role
- Familiarity with Agile frameworks (Scrum, Kanban) and tools such as Azure DevOps, Jira, or Confluence
- Certification in Agile practices (CSM, PSM, or equivalent) preferred but not required
- Experience supporting cross-functional, distributed teams
- Strong time management skills and comfort working in a fast-paced environment
