Saintly Home Health LLC is hiring a licensed Occupational Therapist (OT) for home health visits in the Phoenix/East Valley area.
Looking for dependable OTs who can complete visits professionally, communicate well, and finish documentation on time.
Starting Pay $80 per completed OT visit
Paid daily after the visit is completed and documentation is finished in the EMR.

Flexible schedule
Visits assigned based on your availability and service area
Responsibilities
Complete in-home occupational therapy visits
Evaluate and treat patients according to the plan of care
Help patients improve independence with daily activities
Communicate patient progress and changes to the clinical team
Complete accurate and timely documentation in the EMR
Requirements
Active Arizona Occupational Therapist license
Home health experience preferred
Reliable transportation
Ability to complete documentation timely
Professional, dependable, and patient-focused
