Remote Customer Support - Travel Industry
Axiora SJ is seeking motivated, service-oriented individuals to join our team as Travel Advisors. This is a remote opportunity designed for professionals who are passionate about delivering exceptional client experiences and are looking for flexibility while building a career in the travel industry.
Key Responsibilities:
Assist clients in planning and booking travel arrangements, including accommodations, vacation packages, and related services
Provide personalized recommendations based on client preferences, needs, and budget
Respond promptly and professionally to client inquiries via phone, email, and messaging platforms
Build and maintain strong client relationships to ensure satisfaction and repeat business
Stay informed on travel trends, destinations, and supplier offerings
