Superintendent (Stucco)

Etico Stucco is seeking a hands-on, experienced, and self-motivated Superintendent to lead our residential and commercial stucco field operations. What You'll Do:

• Oversee day-to-day site operations across multiple job sites
• Coordinate schedules and assign tasks to field personnel
• Read and interpret plans, layouts, and prints
• Ensure quality control and compliance with building/safety codes
• Mentor team members and maintain strong relationships with clients, contractors, and vendors
• Order and manage materials as needed
• Maintain safe, clean, and efficient job sites
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues promptly to keep projects on schedule

What You Bring:

• Proven experience as a Superintendent in stucco installation and construction
• Strong communication and leadership skills
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet time-sensitive deadlines
• Keen attention to detail and workmanship quality
• Working knowledge of all stucco-related trades and dependencies
• Physical ability to lift up to 100 lbs
• Fluent in English; Spanish fluency preferred but not required
• Must possess key interpersonal skills including:
  • Empathy, Diplomacy, Listening, Team Building
  • Ability to read body language and work under pressure
