Injection Molding Team Lead
- Oversee daily operations including pulling, packing, collecting, inspecting, and light assembly of parts and materials.
- Lead and coordinate a team of warehouse associates to meet productivity, delivery, quality, and safety goals.
- Train, mentor, and coach team members on best practices, standard operating procedures, and safety protocols.
- Monitor workflow and adjust staffing or processes to ensure timely order fulfillment.
- Serve as the first point of contact for resolving operational issues and escalating concerns as needed.
- Ensure accurate documentation and data entry for inventory into SAP/MES system
- Collaborate with supervisors and cross-functional teams to support continuous improvement initiatives.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
- Other duties as assigned.
