As a Security Officer Tactical Armed Patrol in Phoenix, AZ , you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Financial Institutions, and more. Join Allied Universal as an armed patrol officer at a premier financial institution location, where you will monitor and patrol assigned areas, maintain a visible presence to help discourage security-related incidents, and deliver outstanding customer service and communication. What You'll Do:

• Provide customer service to clients, staff, and visitors by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and/or appropriate emergency response activities at a financial services location.
• Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, documenting observations and communicating with site contacts and/or first responders as needed.
• Conduct regular and random armed patrols throughout the building, controlled access areas, and perimeter to help identify unusual activity and/or potential concerns.
• Monitor entry points, verify credentials and/or authorizations, and report suspicious behavior, unattended items, and policy violations in accordance with site protocols.
• Support security-related operations for a financial institution by maintaining a visible presence, following post orders, and completing required reports and logs accurately and on time.

Minimum Requirements:

• An Armed Guard Card and/or license is required.
• A Guard Card and/or license is preferred.
• Customer service experience is preferred.
• CPR and/or First Aid certification is preferred.
• Be at least 21 years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Participate in industry-specific security training programs.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only.
