LHH Recruitment Solutions is partnering with a corporate office in Phoenix, AZ that needs a Human Resources Recruiter to join their team. This is a Monday through Friday Full-Time In-Office position. Pay range is $30.00-$35.00 per hour depending on prior experience.

The role of Recruiter will be to manage the full recruitment lifecycle for a variety of roles across our organization. This position plays a critical role in identifying, attracting, and hiring top talent while ensuring a positive candidate experience and alignment with our company’s values and goals.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end recruitment processes including intake meetings, job postings, sourcing, screening, interviewing, and offer negotiation.
• Partner with hiring managers to understand role requirements and develop tailored sourcing strategies.
• Utilize ATS and sourcing tools (e.g., LinkedIn, job boards, Boolean search) to identify and engage qualified candidates.
• Conduct initial candidate assessments and coordinate interviews with hiring teams.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate records and recruitment metrics.
• Ensure compliance with employment laws and internal hiring policies.
• Represent the company at job fairs and networking events to build a strong talent pipeline.
• Collaborate with HR and onboarding teams to ensure a seamless transition for new hires.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3+ years of recent experience in full-cycle recruiting, preferably in a corporate setting.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to build relationships with candidates and stakeholders.
• Proficiency in applicant tracking systems (ATS), sourcing platforms, and recruitment analytics.
• Demonstrated ability to manage multiple requisitions and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Knowledge of employment law and best practices in diversity hiring.
• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field preferred.
