Masking Technician Details:

• Temp-to-Hire position
• $17.00 / hour
• Full Time work available
• First Shift ( Monday through Friday from 07:00am to 03:30pm )

• Apply hard masking materials—including caps, shields, and tubes—to components in accordance with detailed work instructions.
• Perform precise trimming of masking using knives or other cutting tools, ensuring dimensions meet specified tolerances.
• Remove masking materials from components after processing, and clean parts using hand-applied solvents or power washing equipment.
• Follow all documented procedures and safety guidelines to maintain quality and consistency in production.

Masking Technician Qualifications:

• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow precise instructions.
• Excellent hand–eye coordination and manual dexterity.
• Reliable attendance and punctuality.
• Consistent access to dependable transportation.

• Applicant may be subject to a background check
• Pre-employment drug screen is required as a condition of employment
