Osaic has returned to the office on a hybrid schedule requiring a minimum of 4 days weekly in the office. Applicants should be located at one of our hubs listed above and must be willing to work this schedule.
Role Type: Full - time
Salary: $165,000-$185,000 per year + annual bonus
Actual compensation offered will be determined individually, based on a number of job-related factors, including location, skills, licensure, experience, and education.

Summary:
Provide daily oversight of all supplier engagement s , processes , systems throughout the supplier’s lifecycle. This includes but is not limited to supplier sourcing engagement s , requests for proposals, supplier selection, contract negotiations, supplier relationship management, and supplier termination or off boarding. Demonstrate best in class practices with managing supplier relationships, modeling proper supplier issue resolution, and supplier performance . Manage supplier intake with stakeholders on category of spend strategies to ensure alignment with preferred suppliers and overall supplier management strategies . Ensure supplier engagements have a complete cost of ownership and cost model for stakeholders and decisioning . Ensure supplier's contracts are aligned to the business’s requirements .
Education Requirements:
Bachelor’s Degree from accredited university in a Business or Finance Related Field
Responsibilities:
Directing the personnel, systems, workflows, standards, and processes for the sourcing to contracting lifecycle
Managing a team that supports the organization with the sourcing to contracting lifecycle , ensure alignment with strategies and Organizational goals .
Ensuring best in class Sourcing and Supplier Management standard s are implemented, maintained , and adjusted as necessary to achieve goals and strategies.
Provide oversight and direction with contracting, contract negotiations, contracting issues, TCO and cost models to ensure an efficient process and end user experience .
Provide direction and oversight across the Organization with best practices including root cause analysis with supplier management issu e s and challenges including supplier performance.
Establish and maintain stakeholder expectations with business leaders and ensure the team exceeds expectations with delivering servic es.
Establish and maintain a category of spend strategy and incorporate throughout the sourcing to co ntracting lifecycle that results in reducing our supply base and optimizing our existing suppliers
Ensuring sourcing and supplier management processes, workflows, and standards are aligned with vendor risk, project management, legal, and technology stakeholder requirements .
Support merger and acquisition activities aligning supplier bases and achieving cost reductions

Knowledge of functions, features and applications of Microsoft Office; ability to use the cross-functional features of its applications to enhance overall organizational efficiency.
Basic Requirements:
10-15 years of experience leading supplier management, commodity management, or managing categories of spend functions
10-15 years of experience leading Supplier Management functions in the financial services industry
10-15 years of experience directing sourcing and contract life cycle management systems
Certifications in Supplier Management, Supply Chain Management, or Commodity Management . examples include ASCM (APICS), CPSM, CSMP, etc...
Preferred Requirements:
15 plus years of experience leading supplier management, commodity management, or managing categories of spend functions
15 plus years of experience leading Supplier Management functions in the financial services industry
15 plus years of experience directing sourcing and contract life cycle management systems
Additional certifications in project management, stakeholder management, contract negotiations, and the like
Additional certifications with Vendor Risk Management , Project Management Office
