We are seeking a detail-oriented Marketing & Sales Order Manager to manage the full lifecycle of CNC machinery sales, from pre-sale coordination through delivery, installation, and post-sale customer success, while supporting operational, marketing, and financial processes.

This is a sales operations–focused role within a manufacturing environment, with secondary responsibilities in marketing and compliance.

Key Responsibilities
Sales & Operations
Coordinate the end-to-end CNC equipment sales process
Support quoting, proposals, order entry, and customer communication
Manage logistics, delivery, and installation coordination
Partner with sales, service, and operations teams to ensure smooth execution
Provide post-sale support to maintain strong customer relationships

Marketing Support (Light)
Assist with website updates, social media, and basic marketing coordination
Support brand consistency and content updates as needed

Financial, Tax & Compliance Oversight
Support invoicing, order documentation, and contract tracking
Ensure accuracy and alignment with financial, tax, and compliance requirements
Maintain organized records for audits and internal reporting
Partner with accounting/leadership on process adherence and documentation

Qualifications
Experience in sales operations, order management, or project coordination
Background in CNC machinery, manufacturing, or industrial equipment preferred
Exposure to invoicing, contracts, or compliance processes
Strong organizational, communication, and multitasking skills
Proficiency in Microsoft Office; CRM/ERP systems a plus
