Accounting Specialist - Contracts

Position Summary: The Accounting Specialist is the primary responsible party when it comes to producing monthly billing documentation for Arizona Restaurant Supply’s Contract Division.

Essential Job Functions:

• Serve as the primary responsible party for making sure each Sales Order generated through the contracts department is accurately labeled for each job, linked to the appropriate project, and closed when completed.
• Produce complete billing documentation including BOLs, schedules of value, payment applications, and lien waivers as appropriate on a monthly basis for all projects..
• Create job costing analysis for each project. Maintain job costing for each project and close out when completed.
• Produce correct billing in NetSuite to agree with any external contractor-required billing.
• Serve as primary responsible party for contract compliance on an ongoing basis.
• Collections for projects as needed.
• Additional duties as assigned.

Minimum Job Requirements:

• 2-5 years relevant experience in job costing or related construction industry roles.
• Ability to learn new programs as needed.
• Proficiency in written and verbal communication

Position type/expected work hours:

This is a non-exempt, hourly position. Normal working hours are Monday through Friday, 8AM - 5PM. This position offers eligibility for health benefits including medical, dental, vision, life, supplemental insurance and 401(k) matching along with paid holidays, vacation, and sick time.
