Resort Bartender

Full Job Description:

We are looking for a bartender to provide amazing cocktails that will enhance our guest experience. Experienced bartenders will be able to create classic and innovative drinks exceeding customers’ needs and expectations.
This role requires full scheduling flexibility, mostly PM shifts, including weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities:

• Prepare and serve a variety of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages, including classic cocktails and custom creations.
• Stay up to date on the latest cocktail trends and continuously innovate drink offerings.
• Provide excellent customer service, ensuring guests have a positive experience.
• Maintain a clean and organized bar area, following all health and safety regulations.
• Stock bar with necessary supplies, inventory control, and restock items as needed.
• Work closely with the rest of the team to deliver efficient and consistent service.
• Handle cash and process payments accurately.
• Mix ingredients to prepare cocktails.
• Comply with all food and beverage regulations.
• Be able to set up before shift and clean up after shift.

Skills:

• Resume and proven working experience as a mixologist or craft bartender.
• Excellent knowledge of in mixing, garnishing and serving drinks.
• Computer literacy.
• Positive attitude and excellent communication skills.
• Ability to keep the bar organized, stocked and clean.
