About Us

Southwest Spas and Pools is a well-established hot tub and swim spa retailer serving the entire valley with multiple locations and a strong reputation for both sales and service. In addition to selling premium wellness products, we also provide service and repairs on our own products as well as competitor brands.

We are expanding our team and looking for a part-time sales professional who excels on the phone and is comfortable closing in person when needed.

Job Description

We are hiring a Part-Time Inside Sales Sales Representative. This role is ideal for someone with a strong background in phone-based sales (call center, inside sales, telemarketing, appointment setting) who is also confident interacting with walk-in customers and closing deals in-store.

This position is split between:

• Phone-based sales and follow-up

• Outbound calling of new leads

• In-store coverage and sales support

You will work leads from first call through close, whether that happens over the phone or in the showroom.

This is an in person position that supports our Scottsdale location.

Key Responsibilities

• Make outbound and inbound calls to new and existing leads

• Consistently follow up with prospects via phone, text, and CRM

• Create and improve on automated email and sms lead nurture campaigns

• Qualify leads and set appointments for in-store or on-site consultations

• Assist walk-in customers in the showroom and close sales when needed

• Present products, pricing, and financing options clearly and confidently

• Maintain accurate activity and notes in the CRM

• Represent the company professionally both on the phone and in person

Qualifications

• Strong phone-based sales experience required
  (call center, inside sales, telemarketing, appointment setting, etc.)

• Comfortable speaking with customers in person and closing sales

• Professional, confident communicator

• Organized, self-motivated, and reliable

• Experience using CRM software and basic computer applications

Experience in luxury, retail, or high-ticket sales is a plus, but phone skills are the top priority.

Compensation

• Base pay + commission

• Performance-based incentives

• Strong earning potential for consistent performers

Hours

• Part-time (2–4 days per week)

• Sundays are mandatory: 11:30 AM – 5:00 PM

• Plus 1–3 additional and optional days (Monday–Saturday, 10:00 AM – 5:00 PM)
