Job Description:

We are looking for a Senior Business Systems Analyst with strong expertise in Card Operations (Debit/Credit Card) to join the team in Phoenix, AZ. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience working in the payment processing domain , with a deep understanding of debit and credit card systems.

The candidate will play a critical role in supporting strategic initiatives, analyzing business requirements, and collaborating with stakeholders to deliver effective solutions.

Duration: Long Term - W2
Eligibility: USC/GC only

Mandatory Skills & Requirements:

• Minimum of 7+ years of experience as a Business Systems Analyst.

• Strong hands-on experience in Card Operations (Debit/Credit Card domain) .

• In-depth knowledge of major payment networks and platforms such as Visa, Plus, Star, and Moneypay .

• Experience with FIS and TSYS global payment products .

• Proven ability to gather requirements, document workflows, and translate business needs into functional specifications.

• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
  

Preferred Qualifications:

• Prior experience working on large-scale payment processing or banking system projects .

• Familiarity with regulatory and compliance aspects of card processing.

• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
