We’re looking for a friendly and reliable Front Desk Agent- Night Auditor to join a hotel in Scottsdale! The ideal candidate will have great customer service skills, is detail-oriented, and enjoys creating a welcoming environment for guests. THIS A TEMP ASSIGNMENT ONLY.

Schedule:

• Must have open availability able to work nights only
• Shifts: 11pm - 7am

Responsibilities:

• Greet and assist guests in a professional and courteous manner
• Check guests in and out efficiently using Lightspeed PMS (experience preferred)
• Handle phone calls, reservations, and guest inquiries
• Maintain accurate records and handle payments
• Support other front desk and housekeeping operations as needed

Qualifications:

• Previous hotel front desk or customer service experience preferred
• Experience with Lightspeed property management system a plus
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
• Reliable, punctual, and able to work independently
