Key Responsibilities:

- Prepare and serve a variety of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages in accordance with standard recipes and customer preferences

- Greet guests warmly, take drink orders, and provide recommendations to enhance their experience

- Maintain a clean and organized bar area, ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations

- Check identification to verify legal drinking age and monitor guest consumption responsibly

- Handle cash and process payments accurately

- Restock bar supplies and manage inventory to ensure availability of popular beverages

- Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth service flow and guest satisfaction

- Uphold high standards of cleanliness, safety, and professionalism at all times

Skills and Qualifications:

- Proven experience as a bartender in a full-service restaurant or tavern setting

- Knowledge of a wide range of beverages, including craft cocktails, beers, wines, and spirits

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

- Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment

- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills

- Basic math skills for cash handling and inventory management

- Certification in responsible alcohol service (preferred but not required)

- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed
