About the role

As Director of AI Strategy, you will lead the day-to-day execution of GTM AI projects, guiding Insight to deliver lasting impact on our clients’ most critical challenges. You will work directly with senior executives to shape strategy, drive transformation, and ensure sustainable results. In this role, you will be building the AI backbone to include vertical narratives, value props, and AI strategy planning. You will play a pivotal role in fostering innovation and building the GTM motion of Insights AI capabilities.

As a Director of AI Strategy you will:

• Lead complex engagements from inception to delivery, ensuring strategic alignment, exceptional quality, and measurable business impact.
• Structure and solve complex business problems, applying rigorous analysis and creative thinking to generate actionable insights.
• Contribute to Insight’s knowledge and thought leadership, capturing insights and developing methodologies that enhance future engagements.
• Drive change and transformation for clients, ensuring recommendations are implemented and deliver sustainable, long-term value.
• Stand up agentic automation to modernize AI GTM to be AI first (in partnership with development teams)
• Lead buildout of the data backbone for “Snowball” - Insight’s proprietary diagnostic product (e.g., value maps, use case libraries)
• Define vertical narrative, messaging to enable sales teams and deepen client relationships

What we’re looking for

• 4-6 years of experience in top-tier management consulting or equivalent strategic leadership roles. Proven track record of managing large-scale, complex projects with measurable business impact.
• Strong analytical and quantitative problem-solving skills.
• Exceptional communication and presentation abilities, including C-suite engagement experience.
• Advanced degree (MBA or equivalent) strongly preferred.
