Dedicated fast-track zones and 24/7 on-site diagnostics support safe, efficient throughput. Telestroke and evidence-based protocols keep care seamless from door to disposition.

Reporting directly to the Director of ER , the RN Emergency Department Supervisor leads approximately 150 direct reports across a friendly, team-first group of RNs, techs, paramedics and support staff. You’ll be backed by assistant nurse managers, educators and clinical coordinators who share your commitment to mentorship and growth. Core responsibilities include staffing and scheduling, budget stewardship, quality and compliance, and key metrics spanning sepsis, stroke, STEMI, and patient experience. You’ll foster interdisciplinary collaboration with hospitalists, intensivists, lab, imaging, and ancillary partners. As the Emergency Department Nurse Manager, you’ll cultivate a supportive environment where every clinician can do their best work.
