Director of Operations
We are seeking a full-time experienced Director of Operations to oversee physician clinics and surgery centers within our Arizona market. This role ensures all locations operate efficiently, deliver high-quality patient care, and meet organizational performance goals. The Director of Operations will lead budgeting, operational strategy, and continuous improvement initiatives while fostering a positive workplace culture and strong community relationships.
Location & Schedule: Chandler,
Gilbert and Mesa, AZ. Full-time Monday – Friday.
Compensation: $140,000 - $175,000 and Full Benefits
Responsibilities:
Lead daily operations for multiple clinics and surgery centers across Arizona.
Ensure high standards of patient care, service quality, and operational efficiency.
Develop, manage, and monitor market budgets.
Set strategic goals, action plans, and performance targets for each location.
Collaborate with clinical and administrative leaders to improve workflows and patient access.
Build strong relationships with staff, community partners, and external stakeholders.
Ensure compliance with regulatory and company standards.
Analyze operational metrics and drive data-based improvements.
Mentor and support local leadership teams.
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Healthcare Administration, or related field required; MBA preferred.
Minimum 10 years of operations management experience, preferably in healthcare.
Experience with AAAHC survey preparation, standards and ongoing compliance.
Experience with ambulatory surgical centers
Strong leadership and team management skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
Highly organized with strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Proficient with healthcare operations technologies and systems.
Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
Knowledge of employment laws and healthcare regulations.
