SC Homes is a leading boutique construction firm specializing in residential projects. We are committed to quality, efficiency, and safety in all aspects of our work. We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Construction Administrative Assistant to support our operations and ensure seamless day-to-day administrative functions.
Job Responsibilities:
Provide administrative support to project managers, superintendents, and office staff.
Manage and organize project documentation, contracts, permits, and reports.
Assist with processing invoices, purchase orders, expense tracking, expense forecasting, and sales tax reporting
Coordinate schedules, meetings, and travel arrangements for project teams.
Maintain job site records, safety compliance documents, and subcontractor agreements.
Handle incoming calls, emails, and correspondence professionally.
Support payroll processing and timekeeping for field employees.
Order office and job site supplies as needed.
Assist in preparing and submitting bids and proposals.
Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and industry regulations.
Qualifications:
Experience: 2+ years of administrative experience in construction, real estate, or a related field preferred. Must be proficient with Quickbooks.
