POSITION

We are seeking an experienced Occupational Therapist (OTD or OTR/L) to join our team in a flexible role as a Supervisor & Evaluator. This position is ideal for someone who enjoys mentoring, completing evaluations, and contributing their expertise—while maintaining balance and flexibility in their schedule.

• Complete educationally relevant OT evaluations (standardized + informal measures)
• Write comprehensive IEP/MET documentation and present at meetings
• Provide clinical supervision to COTAs and support to schools
• Collaborate with school staff, families, and multidisciplinary teams
• Support professional development and ensure high-quality OT services

Requirements (by start date)

• Current Arizona OT License (Arizona Board of OT Examiners)
• Fingerprint Clearance Card (IVP)
• School-based experience preferred
• Supervisory experience a plus
